Adelaide : After winning the One day international series 4-1 Australia and India played first Twenty20 International (T20I) of the three-match series at Adelaide Today. The Indian team was comprehensively beaten in the One day international, losing the series 1-4 and the Twenty 20 would be an opportunity for the side to pick some positivity from the so far disappointing tour of Australia.
The Indian team brings in stylish left hander Yuvraj Singh in the team who hasn’t played much after the World Cup 2011. Manish Pandey won’t be a part of the T20 Squad while Ashush Nehra, Harbhajan Singh and Suresh Raina will form the team combination in the series. Aussie allrounder Glenn Maxwell will miss the Adelaide T20 due to an injury. He will return to the squad for second T20, which will be played on Jan. 29. while Shane Watson comes to replace as an all rounder.
