Nepal U19 to face Pakistan U19 for 5th place Of ICC U-19 World Cup

Kathmandu : Nepal Under-19 cricket team will play against Pakistan for the fifth place in the Super League play-off of the ongoing ICC U-19 Cricket World Cup at Khan Shaheb Osman Ali Stadium, Fatullah on Tuesday. The match will be Live telecasted by Star Sports Network.

Nepal got Pakistan as opponent after West Indies defeated Pakistan by five wickets on Monday to book its place for semifinals. Nepal U19 has a good record against Pakistan U19 in histry of u 19 world cup. They have meet each other in this level twice, that is in 2000 and 2002 edition. In the first meeting in 2000 the match was abandoned without a ball being bowled while Nepal won the match by 30 runs in the second meeting that was in 2002.

The winners will compete for the title of the U-19 Cricket World Cup scheduled for coming Sunday on February 14.
